We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of user privacy and transparency. This Privacy Policy document explicitly outlines our operational practices to ensure full compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.
Neon Core Engine does NOT collect, store, track, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), device identifiers, or usage data. The App is designed as a strict, locally-executing hardware resource management engine. No user data is transmitted to external servers.

The App may require specific local system permissions to execute advanced background performance commands.
